Responsibilities

■業務内容：

• エンジン、トランスミッション、排ガス後処理システムなどパワートレイン部品に関するプロジェクトの企画・立ち上げから推進・完了までの一貫管理
• 目標コスト設定および製品開発プロセス（PCP）に基づくリスク管理、各開発段階における進捗・成熟度の確認
• 車両開発プロジェクトとのインターフェースの定義・維持、コンポーネント開発計画と製品戦略全体との整合性確保
• 市場動向、競合状況、最新技術の分析および顧客ニーズと事業戦略を踏まえた最適な製品ポートフォリオの企画・提案
• 役員会承認に向けたプロジェクト資料・レポートの作成
• 社内専門部門、外部パートナー、サプライヤーとの連携によるプロジェクトチームの構築・運営
• パワートレイン製品戦略を支えるソリューションの企画・開発

Requirements

～業界未経験歓迎～■必須要件

• 最低5年以上のプロジェクトマネジメント経験

■歓迎要件：

• PMP（プロジェクトマネジメント・プロフェッショナル）資格をお持ちの方。
• 自動車業界での経験が望ましい
