■Responsibilities

• Drive alignment across the planning function, ensuring clear accountability and fostering a high-performance, results-driven culture
• Lead best practice implementation across end-to-end planning and drive continuous improvement to achieve KPI targets
• Own and facilitate the Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) process, aligning demand, supply, and inventory plans
• Manage inventory at country or cluster level, proactively identifying and mitigating supply risks
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with a strong focus on import-dependent markets
• Provide leadership in planning activities, processes, data, and systems, while driving initiatives that enable agile response to market changes

• Demand Planningを深く経験している方（FMCG業界などでも可）
• ビジネスレベル以上の英語スキル
