Responsibilities

• 自動車用電子部品（センターディスプレイ、スピードメーター等）の製造を行う広島工場において下記業務をお任せします。

量産前／量産後の品質育成活動、新製品・新工程の品質管理の具現化

重要管理特性の設定と品質管理方法の確立

品質育成に関わる活動

初期流動管理計画立案と実施、フォロー

異常品質をタイムリーに把握し、原因究明と対策実施

顧客対応（新規・4M変更等のAPQP、PPAP承認取得、監査対応、不具合報告、品質管理）

APQP、PPAP、4M変更申請など顧客要求ドキュメントの提出と承認取得

定期／不定期の顧客打合せ、顧客監査対応

顧客不具合発生時の対応、不具合原因の究明（5why，FTA、QCツール等）、問題解決活動

恒久対策の妥当性確認、効果検証

品質活動（品質改善活動、グローバル品質活動）

社内品質目標達成のための品質活動の立案と実施

過去トラブルの横展開活動などのグローバル品質改善活動への参加

顧客は国内Teir1自動車メーカー様が中心です。

Requirements

必須条件：

• 業界未経験歓迎
• 品質に関わるご経験をお持ちの方
• 業務での英語使用に抵抗がない方

歓迎条件：

• 自動車関連企業での新製品立上げ経験
• 理系学士以上、或いは、それに相当する知識、経験
• ISO9001の知識
• IATF16949の知識
• サプライヤー品質改善活動の経験
• 海外勤務経験、海外顧客、海外工場、海外サプライヤとの業務経験
