Responsibilities

As an in-house Digital Product Owner, you will be responsible for promoting and planning digital transformation (DX) and digitalization within the company and its business operations. Your role will involve a wide range of tasks, including digitizing business processes, formulating and implementing new IT initiatives, and driving projects through collaboration with relevant departments. You will leverage your communication and coordination skills to lead digital transformation and digitalization within the company.
Main responsibilities：

• For our Workflow system: Make the business analysis (Fit & Gaap analysis), Design & development, Support UAT and Go lIve and Technical support.
• For our Global Digital solutions such as Hubgrade Solutions (Customer Portal, My KP, Synoptic View): be the product owner and ensure of the right product evolution with the Group, including the support to our end users.
• Collaborate with both local and global teams to explore and propose superior business cases and solutions.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
• Develop comprehensive project scopes and detailed project plans to monitor progress effectively.
• Copy & Adapt global Digital solutions for the Japanese market. 

Requirements

Minimum requirements:

• Over 3 years of practical experience in DX or digitalization projects (regardless of scale)
• Proven vendor management skills & Project Management Strong relationship-building abilities and excellent interpersonal, written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Experience in Digital Product Owner
• A proactive and improvement-oriented mindset, embracing change.
• Language Skills : Native-level Japanese and Business-level English
