Our client a major Japanese pharmaceutical company engaged in the research, development, manufacturing, and sales of pharmaceuticals. Responsibilities

【アプリケーションデリバリー】

• 中期ロードマップの策定および推進
• 業務要件の整理・定義、最適なシステムの選定
• アーキテクチャ設計およびシステム連携の推進
• 開発～テスト～本番リリースまでの一連の実行管理
• セキュリティ／コンプライアンス（GxP、GDPR等）対応
• 全体ガバナンスの確立・運用

【サービスマネジメント】

• アプリケーションのE2E運用管理
• SLA管理およびサービス品質の維持・改善
• 変更／インシデント対応の統括
• パフォーマンス監視と最適化
• コストおよびリソース管理
• 継続的なサービス改善および有効性評価

【ベンダー管理】

• ベンダー選定・調達支援および関係構築
• パフォーマンスおよびSLA管理

【災害対策】

• DR（災害復旧）およびBCPの策定・運用

【人材マネジメント】

• メンバーの評価・育成・エンゲージメント向上

※将来的に日本側ピープルマネージャーとしての役割を担う想定

Requirements

必須条件：

• エンタープライズプラットフォームの運用および/または実装における7年以上の実務経験、もしくはそれに相当する実績を有する専門知識（SAP経験は必須 ）
• ERPソリューションのポートフォリオおよびロードマップに関する優れた知識
• ITセキュリティおよび災害復旧に関する十分な知識
• GxP・SOXおよびGDPR規制に関する知識
• ビジネスレベルの英語力
