Responsibilities

工程設計／工法開発／生産装置の導入:

• 設計インプット（テスト仕様書等）をベースにテスト設備（AOI、ICT、機能検査装置等）の検討
• P－FMEA、Control Planの作成
• 生産装置の構想立案、仕様書作成
• テスト設備メーカーとの交渉、発注、納期管理
• 技術センター（インド／ポルトガル）との協業

量産工程の立上げ:

• 新規設備による生産トライ
• Work Instructionの作成、製造部門へのトレーニング実施

立上げ後の生産性向上:

• 量産品質課題の分析
• 生産効率のモニター、分析
• 改善のための投資計画策定
• 設備メーカー／テクニカルセンター等を巻き込んだ改善実施

Requirements

• 生産技術のご経験をお持ちの方

歓迎条件:

• 工学、理科系の学士以上が望ましい
• 自動車関連企業での新規設備立上げ経験
• 自動化ラインの工程開発／設計／導入経験
• 製品検査装置、測定機を用いた工程の立上げ及び、改善経験
• 電子部品工場での検査工程経験
• 基板実装ラインの管理、改善経験
• MS Office（Excel、Word、PowerPoint、Outlook）経験
• Auto CAD経験
