Responsibilities

業務内容：

• 内製開発エンジニアとして想定している開発領域は、以下です。
  • 服ビジネスの全プロセスを自社で把握し、システムもEnd to Endで開発を行っていることと、会社のグローバルでの成長に伴い、活躍の場は幅広くあります。

Requirements

必須要件：

• プログラミング経験 5年以上 (Java、Javascript、Go、Pythonなど)
• システムの基本設計・詳細設計・テストの経験 5年以上
• システムの運用経験 3年以上
• 問題に真摯に向き合い、ポジティブで、強い責任感を持ち、考え方が柔軟な方
• ロジカルシンキング
• 言語を超えて、意図や背景を理解し、問題解決に導く能力
• 組織・プロジェクトマネジメント経験、または、部下・後輩指導経験
