Responsibilities

業務内容：

• 決済系システムを守るために、サービスに影響がある障害から、ユーザ影響を極力守り、サービスを維持し続ける
• イレギュラーな問題に対して、解決を行う
• 自動化を推進し、手作業を自動化して、生産性を高める
• 便利だと思うツールは自ら作成する
• 運用リーダが不在時は、その代替も務める。
• 他部署と協調して決済系システムの維持運営に努める
• 運用チームが、定常運用・一般的な障害対応、所属チームが新規定常作業受入、障害対応法方法の手順化

Requirements

必須要件：

• 30名超のプロジェクトマネージャ経験
• ミッションクリティカルシステムの運用経験
• サービス運用（アプリ寄り）経験
• 定常業務の効率化・改善
