Responsibilities

• 通信衛星（コンステレーション形態を含む）に関わる国際及び国内周波数申請、事業者間調整、それらに必要な戦略検討、技術検討・調整、総務省や国内外の関係省庁・事業者、及び国際電気通信連合ITU-Rとの折衝を含む
• 地球観測衛星に関わる同業務
• 国際及び国内制度化活動対応（ITU-R、関係省庁等による各種活動、会議への対応を含む）
• 上記業務に必要な衛星通信システム・サービス開発メンバーとの調整

Requirements

必須条件：以下の全てのスキル・経験を有すること

• 国際無線通信規則（RR）に関する基礎知識
• 電波法及び関連法規に関する基礎知識
• 衛星通信システム技術に関する実務経験
• 英語によるメール及び文書作成能力

歓迎条件：

• 国際周波数調整業務の実務経験
• 無線従事者資格、又は国内無線局免許手続き業務の実務経験
• チーム内でのリーダーシップとチームワーク力
• 社外とのコミュニケーション力・関係構築力（英語）
