Responsibilities

• 品質管理
  • 製品品質と運用効率を向上させるための継続的な改善イニシアチブを主導します。
  • 品質保証に関する生産プロセスの最適化と標準化。
• リーンエンジニアリング
  • リーン原則を適用してプロセスを合理化し、無駄を減らし、全体的な効率を改善。
  • 部門横断的なチームと連携して、特にドイツ本社と協力してプロセス改善を特定し、実装。
  • 工場体制の効率化に向けたスタッフのトレーニングおよび指導。
• 苦情処理
  • 苦情処理プロセスの管理、分析、改善案の策定と実行、継続維持。

Requirements

必須条件：

• 品質管理またはリーンエンジニアリングの経験
• 製造業（機械、部品等）でのご経験がある方
