Responsibilities

• プレ～提案フェーズにおけるリーダーとして、業務・システム両面の要件整理、制約条件の整理、RFI／RFP構成案や提案骨子の作成を主導します。
• 海外パッケージベンダとは英語での会議・メールを通じ、機能／非機能要件の確認、QA対応、適用方針の検討を行います。
• また、社内各部門からのインプットを取りまとめ、スケジュール・体制・リスクを整理し、プロジェクト計画へ反映させます。

Requirements

必須条件

• システム開発・コンサル経験（5年以上）
• 金融系（銀行・決済尚可）システムの上流工程経験（3年以上）
• 顧客・社内・ベンダを含む調整業務経験
• 英語での会議・メール折衝が可能な英語力（TOEIC800目安）

歓迎条件

• 50人月以上の大規模／ミッションクリティカル案件参画経験
• 決済システム（振込・送金・カード等）の業務／開発経験
• 海外PKG導入・Fit/Gap・ベンダ折衝経験
• RFI／RFP作成や提案活動の経験
• リーダー経験
