Responsibilities

• 電動工具・園芸機器に関する国際規格・各国法令の動向を捉え、当社としての意見形成と社内実装をリードいただきます。具体的には、規格草案・新法令案に対する社内意見の収集と提出（ロビー活動を含む）、規格・法令の正式発行後における社内対応の方針策定と展開、および各国規格・法令とその解釈の調査を担当。AI要約などデジタル手段も活用し、長文英語ドキュメントの速読・要約と社内展開を行い、設計・品質・生産・営業など関係部門と連携して、製品の安全性・適合性・競争力向上に貢献します。将来的には、国内外の委員会で主査・議長級の役割や、欧州出向による現地工業会での活動も期待します。

Requirements

必須条件：

• 大卒以上（機械工学系・電気工学系）
• 国内外の安全規格の情報収集経験・内容把握力
• 英語のリーディング、ライティング能力
• TOEIC(R)600点以上（同等の英語力）

歓迎条件：

• 英語のスピーキング能力
• 海外規格・法令関連業務の実務経験（業務に大いに関心がある方。）
