Company overview

We are a Japanese power tool manufacturer and a leading company in the industry. Our products are particularly excellent in the fields of high-speed rotation, electronic control, and precision machining, and our technological capabilities are recognized as world-class. We were once part of a major corporate group, but we became independent in 2017 and were acquired by an American investment company. Our main business is the manufacturing of power tools, but we also had a period when we manufactured life science equipment, demonstrating our solid technological expertise. Currently, we have transferred this life science equipment division to a German company and have solidified our commitment to focusing on the power tool business.

Responsibilities

• 国内外グループ会社の税務事項把握、税務ガバナンスおよびコンプライアンス体制構築
• 四半期毎の法人税等および税効果会計業務統括
• 国内の税務申告業務統括
• 税務アドバイス、税務調査対応、国税照会文書作成統括
• グローバルタックスプランニングの企画、立案、実行管理
• M＆Aにおける税務サポート
• 各国税制、租税条約調査、移転価格文書対応
• 移転価格方針の遂行とフォロー
• 税務当局との折衝および問題解決

Requirements

必須条件：

• 国内税務の実務経験
• ビジネスレベルの英語力

歓迎条件：

• 国際税務経験
• 税理士、会計士等の資格
• 製造業でのグローバル業務経験
