In the past, our main clients have been major financial institutions and investment funds in Japan, the U.S., and Europe. In recent years, however, our client base has become increasingly diverse, including multinational corporations, small and midsize companies, and wealthy individuals.

Responsibilities

• 移転価格リスク評価・移転価格文書作成に係るアドバイザリー
• 移転価格調査への対応に係る支援
• 移転価格課税後の相互協議申請などの支援
• 移転価格課税後の異議申立て、審査請求および訴訟の支援
• APA（事前確認制度）の申請等に係るアドバイザリー
• 金融ビジネスに係る移転価格アドバイザリー
• 海外の移転価格税制に係るアドバイザリー

Requirements

必須条件：

• 2年以上の移転価格実務経験
• ビジネスレベルの英会話力
• PCスキル（Word/Excel/PowerPoint）

歓迎条件：

• 税理士（科目合格含む）、公認会計士、USCPA（合格者含む）
