Responsibilities

業務概要

• CMP（化学的機械研磨）装置における新機能のプロセス開発を担当します。
• 具体的には、開発計画の立案から試験・分析、海外拠点ラボでの性能評価や顧客との技術折衝まで、幅広い業務をお任せします。
• 次世代デバイス開発に向けた新技術の提案・導入を通じ、半導体業界の進化に貢献できるポジションです。

業務詳細

• CMP装置の新機能開発（研磨・洗浄・乾燥技術）の計画立案、社内外での試験・分析
• 海外拠点のラボと連携した評価業務や顧客仕様の検討、技術折衝
• お客様サイトにおける現地プロセス評価や技術サポート（海外出張あり）
• 関連部門や大学・他社との共同開発プロジェクトの推進

Requirements

必須条件

• プロセス開発の試験業務（計画、試験・分析）の経験

歓迎条件

• 半導体装置メーカーやデバイスメーカーでのプロセスまたはフィールドエンジニア経験
• 英語でのコミュニケーションスキル
