Responsibilities

業務内容：

• 教育業務プロセスのうち開発・運営・評価の領域において、医療者研修および
• 企業職員研修に継続的に取り組みます。
• シミュレーショントレーニングの運営
• 企業職員研修の運営
• 教育手法や教育教材の研究・開発、および実地への展開
• 医療者教育・企業職員教育・教育の質保証に関わる随時発生する業務への対応

※休日出勤が0～2回/月ございます。※在宅勤務・フレックスについて、特に制限は設けておりませんが、在宅勤務の実態としては、週4回在宅勤務可能の時もあれば、研修のため、毎日出勤のときもあります。※フレックスは個人の予定に応じて臨機応変に活用いただいております。

Requirements

必須要件：

• 医療業界での実務経験（5年以上）
• 医療シミュレーショントレーニングの実践、運営経験
• 英語による業務遂行能力、異文化コミュニケーション力
  • 海外拠点メンバーへの研修、会議（オンライン・対面）などがあります。
  • 英語による専門用語を使ってコミュニケーションを取る機会もあります。
  • メールでのやり取りは日常的にあり、研修や会議は月に数回ございます。
• 専門卒以上

歓迎要件：

• カテーテル業界経験者
• 医療従事者としての業務経験

The appeal

担う役割：

• 主に社員向けトレーニングのトレーナーとして活躍いただきます。
• 具体的には、トレーニング当日のトレーナー業務はもちろんのこと、
• 運営準備から研修資料の作成まで幅広く担当します。
• また、社外教育（医師、医療スタッフ向け）への参画も想定しています。
