■ポジションについて
担当する製品や事業部の関係する製品群において、営業部門だけでなく製品実現に関わる社内ステークホルダーとクロスファンクショナルチームとして連携し
市場情報や競合の分析、製品のポジショニング戦術的なマーケティングプランの策定や、製品の上市やトレーニングなどを通じて、その部門の目標や目的の達成を推進する。

■具体的な業務内容

• 会社および事業部方針を踏まえて以下の担当業務を実行
• 主要学会のステークホルダーと連携し、システムの拡大を実行
• 大学病院等の教授やHigh volume centerのトップ等との面会を通じて、地域での製品の拡大をサポート
• 主要学会等と連携し、必要なエビデンス作りの交渉役となり、MAと協働

Requirements

■必須

• Cardiologyでの営業もしくはマーケティング経験
• 社内外の利害関係者を巻き込み、戦略を実行して結果を出すリーダーシップスキル・経験および高いコミュニケーションスキル
• KOL、病院、特約店との交渉スキル・経験
• 戦略的・論理的思考力

■歓迎

• 英語スキル
