Responsibilities

• グローバルの人事制度や施策の企画・運用（経営人財マネジメント、HRテックなど）
• 各種人事制度の企画・運用（評価・配置、労政、制度企画、海外人事、福利厚生など）
• 採用や人財育成に関する施策の企画・運用（新卒採用、キャリア採用、教育、研修など）

Requirements

必須条件：

• 下記いずれも該当する方
• 製造業（企業規模2000名以上や全国に製造拠点を展開している）における人事部・HRBPでの人事業務経験(採用業務のみは不可)
• 将来的な転勤が可能な方
• 大卒/大学院の卒業および修了
• ビジネスにて英語を用いることに対して抵抗のない方

歓迎条件：

• 本社人事として企画業務や拠点人事として工場労務など人事業務における複数領域の実務経験（採用、配置、教育、評価、労務、報酬、福利厚生など）
• グローバルの人事制度や人事施策の企画・運用経験
