Responsibilities

• 技術面以外の契約・コスト（人件費、部品など）・人員の管理をお任せします。顧客先である半導体メーカーの工場に行くことはありませんが、US本部への出張は発生します。
• 必要に応じ、エンジニアの面接、採用、トレーニングを実施します。また、従業員満足度の確保のため、目標設定や振り返り、研修、キャリア開発なども関わります。

Requirements

必須条件：

• ピープルマネジメント経験（小規模チームの育成・指導ができる方）
• コスト管理経験（工数・部品費・外注費などの日常業務レベルの管理）
• 英語力（目安：TOEIC700点程度）
