Responsibilities

• トラックキャビン内電装品の開発・設計・生産維持を担うチームのマネージャーとして、顧客要望の整理、要求仕様作成、サプライヤ選定、詳細設計、コスト低減、品質改善をリードしていただきます。
• 社内外の関係部門と連携し、車両開発全体に関わる経験を積むことができ、将来的には他部門へのキャリア展開も可能です。

Requirements

必須要件：

• 自動車のOEMもしくはサプライヤにて、コンポもしくは類似部品の開発経験が5年以上
• チームリーダーのご経験
• ビジネスレベル以上の英語力と日本語力

• 優れたコミュニケーション能力、人間関係構築力、組織運営能力を備え、独立してもチームの一員としても高い成果を上げられる方
• 工学の学士号を取得し、ソフトウェアと電子工学の両分野における深い理解を有する方
