Responsibilities

• サステナビリティ領域の中長期戦略および非財務KPIの設計と推進
• RBA（Responsible Business Alliance）行動規範遵守に向けた委員会の運営、監査リード
• ビジネスと人権（人権デューデリジェンス）対応、カーボンニュートラル戦略立案と事業統合
• サプライチェーン全体におけるリスク評価、改善施策の企画・実行
• 関係各所と協働しながら、グローバルなバリューチェーンでのESG活動を推進

Requirements

必須条件

• サステナビリティ／ESG
• 経営企画／事業企画
• 環境／カーボンニュートラル
• サプライチェーン管理／調達
• 部門横断でのプロジェクト推進経験

歓迎条件

• RBAに関する業務経験（VAP監査、SAQ）
• ビジネスと人権に関する業務経験（人権方針、人権DD、救済措置）
• 財務・非財務の関係性分析に関する業務経験
• サプライヤー監査経験
• ISO14001 / ISO45001 / ISO9001 等の内部監査経験
• 英語力（海外対応可能レベル）
