Responsibilities

AIビジネス企画業務をお任せします。
業務詳細：◎サービス設計（AIプロダクトのサービス化）

• 新規AIサービスの企画立案/既存サービスの改善サービス
• 仕様策定/要件定義（機能要件/非機能要件、セキュリティ、運用要件）
• 市場動向/集中分析/顧客ニーズ調査/ポジショニング
• 社内外ステークホルダー調整（営業/開発/法務/ベンダー等）
• 事業性評価（PL試算、費用対効果）
• オペレーションフロー設計（/導入サポート/時/改善サイクル）

◎ビジネス設計（GTM/販売の仕組みづくり）

• KPI設計・管理、販売プロセスの標準化・改善
• 初期顧客の提案同席/事例化
• 販促企画立案/実行/パッケージ設計、販売条件整理
• 提案資料テンプレ/販売価格イネーブルメント整備

Requirements

必須条件：

• IT領域での企画業務の経験（目安：3年以上）
• 事業開発、営業企画、または法人向けソリューション営業の経験
• 複数ステークホルダーを巻き込み、プロジェクトを推進した経験
• AIに関する基礎理解
• 日本語：ビジネスレベル以上
• 英語：日常会話レベル以上

歓迎条件：

• AI（に関する生成AI含む）プロダクト/サービスの企画経験
• B2B SaaSのプロダクト企画、価格設計、契約/約款や運用設計に成功した経験売り上げ
• 英語：ビジネスレベル以上
