Responsibilities

• 大型プロジェクト立ち上げに伴い、業務オペレーションの構築・改善を担当いただきます。

【具体的には】

• 業務オペレーションの設計・構築
• グローバルスタッフへの業務説明・指導
• 既存業務の海外展開に向けた改善・効率化
• システム部門との連携によるオペレーション最適化
• VBAやマクロを活用したデータ分析・業務改善

Requirements

• ビジネスレベルの英語力
• 業務企画や業務改善の経験
