Responsibilities

業務内容

• 光I/O（光入出力）に使用される光半導体デバイスの開発を行っております。
• 今回は光半導体の前工程における下記装置いずれかのプロセスエンジニアとして、新規装置の導入、製品品質確認、顧客認定をお任せします。

業務詳細

• 各生産設備の仕様検討、発注、設置立ち上げ
• プロセス条件確率
• 各生産設備維持管理
• 歩留改善のために工程条件変更、老朽化設備対応のための新規設備導入の検討

Requirements

必須条件：

• リソグラフィ、ドライエッチング、ウェット（エッチング/洗浄）、成膜（CVD、メタル）に関する知識、経験をお持ちの方
• 半導体前工程設備の導入、立ち上げの経験
• 英語力（目安：TOEIC600点）

歓迎条件：

• CVD装置、ドライエッチング装置など真空設備の維持管理、改善業務の経験
