Responsibilities

• MOCVD装置の装置状態、製品の出来栄えをモニタしながら、生産条件を決定し、製造指示を出す
• MOCVD装置のメンテナンスを主導し、安全、品質に配慮した作業を実施
• 歩留改善のために工程条件変更、老朽化設備対応のための新規設備導入の検討
• 新製品開発において、生産技術として製品実現のための生産条件を決定、管理基準の策定を行う

Requirements

必須条件：

• MOCVD装置に関するご経験をお持ちの方
• 半導体前工程設備の導入、立ち上げの経験
• 英語力（目安：TOEIC600点）

歓迎条件：

• CVD装置、ドライエッチング装置など真空設備の維持管理、改善業務の経験
