Responsibilities

• 藤沢製造部門の製品出荷業務

-客先ごとに指定納品書を作成し出荷業務と出荷処理の対応

• 防衛品年次契約品の出荷準備と証憑類作成

-各年度ごとの防衛省契約アイテムの個装数量データ作成と月別の出荷品取りまとめ

• 輸出製品の出荷対応

-海外向け出荷製品の発送手配、S/I作成などの業務対応

Requirements

• 製造業などで倉庫管理・出荷管理業務（梱包・出荷）の経験
• PCの基本操作スキル（メール配信・XLS作成）
• 日常会話レベルの英語力（海外販社とのコミュケーションがとれる）
• 関係者と協調しながら柔軟に業務対応ができる方
