Company overview

We are a premium fashion brand originating from the UK and occupying an important position in the European contemporary fashion market. We operate directly managed stores and manage and produce everything in-house, from products to in-store design and websites. We offer a well-balanced product mix, with a particular focus on leather goods and dresses with unique silhouettes. Our business began with a men's collection, to which we have since added a women's collection. We have also expanded internationally and have a presence in Asia.

Responsibilities

• 入社手続きおよび退職手続き（契約・保険・システム・メールアカウント、全従業員を対象とした保険・所得税に関する年次手続きなど）
• 給与および歩合給の計算
• 人事管理システム運用（情報・勤務時間・休暇申請が正しく更新されるよう管理）
• 採用業務
• 社内手続き対応（労働規則や法令に準拠していることの確認、関連する規定の更新）
• その他の人事関連プロジェクト
• 報酬・福利厚生に関する問題の特定と解決
• 経理業務のサポートおよび会社の支払業務の処理

Requirements

必須条件：

• 人事分野での3年以上の実務経験
• 人事プロセスの文書化や改善点の特定に関する経験
• 日本語および英語でのコミュニケーションが取れる方
