Requirements

必須条件：

• DE&Iに関する実務経験
• 人事（キャリア開発、研修企画・運営、組織開発、人的資本経営やダイバーシティ推進業務のいずれかの経験が必須）の実務経験5年以上
• ビジネスレベルの英語力（メールの読み書き、会議の参加、発言が可能なレベル。プレゼンできるレベル）
