Responsibilities

生産性改善に関する実績収集・取りまとめ：

• アジアおよび欧米の8工場における、一人当たり生産性、コスト削減、DX推進状況などの月次実績データを収集し、所定フォーマットへ取りまとめていただきます。あわせて、各工場へのフィードバック業務もご担当いただきます。

事業部内定期会議の運営サポートおよび通訳：

• 3か月に一度開催されるDXワークショップ等のスケジュール調整・運営サポートを行っていただきます。会議は英語で実施されるため、英語でのコミュニケーション（通訳対応）が可能な方を歓迎いたします。※英語力についてはご相談に応じます。

各種報告資料・プレゼンテーション資料の作成補助：

• 上司の指示のもと、事業部門会議、事業本部会議、事業部製造会議など各種会議体で使用する各種資料の作成をご担当いただきます。

Requirements

必須条件：

• 英語での業務対応が可能な方（TOEIC(R)テスト800点以上を目安といたしますが、スコアについてはご相談に応じます）
• 表計算ソフト（Excel等）およびPowerPointを用いた資料作成が可能な方

歓迎条件：

• 製造業における業務経験をお持ちの方
