Responsibilities

以下業務に段階的に携わっていただきます。

• ESG戦略・推進基盤の構築
  • グループ全体のESG／サステナビリティ戦略の企画・立案
  • マテリアリティ、KPI、各種目標の設定および見直し
  • サステナビリティ推進体制・ガバナンスの設計、運営
• ESG施策の推進・実行支援
  • 関連KPI・目標のモニタリングおよび進捗管理
  • GHG排出量算定、第三者保証対応を含む環境データマネジメント
  • SBT目標達成の取り組み支援
  • 顧客・取引先等からの要求事項への対応支援
  • 欧州を中心とした関連法規制への対応推進
• 情報開示・外部評価対応
  • 有価証券報告書、ウェブサイト等を通じた情報開示
  • EcoVadis、CDP、CSA等の関連質問書への対応
  • MSCI、FTSE、Sustainalytics等のESG評価機関対応・レビュー
• 社内浸透・コミュニケーション
  • eラーニングの企画・運営（グローバル全社員対象）
  • 組織リーダー層向けの啓発・研修施策の企画・実施
  • グローバルESGチームのワークショップ、対話機会の企画・運営

Requirements

必須要件：

• サステナビリティ分野への関心（実務経験は不問）
• 英語力（目安TOEIC700点程度以上、海外メンバーとの定例会議あり）
• KPI設計・業務改善・プロジェクト推進の実務経験

歓迎要件：

• 環境領域の実務経験（GHG算定、削減施策等）
• 人権DD実務経験
• ESG開示・外部評価対応の経験
• 製造業/ヘルスケア業界における業務経験
