Responsibilities

プロジェクトの健全性確保及び維持のために、以下のような職務を遂行します。

• プロジェクトの確実な見積・計画・実行と一貫したリスクマネジメントを推進する有効な施策の制定
• フェーズゲートや施策の運営を通しての悪化予兆の可視化
• 見積・計画の妥当性確保および監視による悪化予兆の早期把握
• 悪化予兆の根本原因深掘りと影響の想像に基づく的確なアセスメントおよび効果的なエスカレーションによる対策誘導

Requirements

必須条件：

• IT／ソフトウェア開発プロジェクトにおけるプロジェクトマネジメント経験(5～6名規模規模程度)
• ソフトウェア開発経験(組み込み／制御系を中心としたC言語の開発経験が好ましい)

歓迎条件：

• プロジェクト管理系(PMP)、情報処理系(情報処理技術者)、語学系(TOEIC　500点程度)の資格保有していることが望ましい。
