Responsibilities

業務概要

• グローバルHRIS（人事情報システム）のグローバル展開と日本リージョンの導入リードを担います。
• グループ全体の従業員を対象とした大規模プロジェクトの中心メンバーとして、経営・人事・ITが一体となる変革を推進します。
• プロジェクトは現在実装準備段階にあり、グローバル標準化と日本独自のChange Managementの両面から戦略的に取り組みます。

業務詳細

• グローバルHRISの展開計画策定と実行責任
• グローバルプロセス設計に日本代表として参画
• 日本への導入計画立案・実行、Change Managementやコミュニケーション施策の設計・実施
• 国内外関係者とのステークホルダーマネジメント
• グローバルメンバーのマネジメントおよび会議ファシリテーション
• 国内外出張や日本時間夜間対応あり

Requirements

必須条件：

• グローバルHRISの設計・導入経験（グローバルチームメンバーとして）
• グローバルメンバーのマネジメント経験
• 英語力（会議等でのファシリテートや議論が行えるレベル／TOEIC800/CEFR B2目安）

歓迎条件：

• グローバルHRISのリード経験
• HRIT経験
