Company overview

Responsibilities

＜経理＞

• グループ要件、ドイツ会計基準（German GAAP）および日本会計基準（Japan GAAP）を遵守しつつ、最新の会計・税務要件を反映した、財務諸表および社内報告書のタイムリーかつ正確な作成・維持
• 月次・四半期決算プロセスおよび会計レポートパッケージの遂行
• 外部監査人および内部監査人の対応・管理
• 担当領域におけるERP（SAP）のユーザーテストおよびS／4HANA導入
• 外部との主なコンタクト：
  • すべてのイントラカンパニー取引における照合のためのグループ各社
  • 在庫、原価計算、引当金、企業評価等に関する日本国内の管理会計チーム（事業部コントローラー）
  • 監査計画および実行に関わる外部・内部監査人

＜税務＞

• 経理部門責任者と連携した税務申告プロセスの管理
• 税務申告や国際税務を含む税務関連事項について、社外の税務専門家とのコミュニケーション
• 取扱税務分野：源泉所得税、消費税、移転価格税制 など

Requirements

必須条件：

• 経理実務経験5年以上
• ネイティブレベルの日本語力
• ビジネスレベルの英語力

歓迎条件：

• SAPの実務経験
• 公認会計士または税理士資格保有者
• 製造業での経験
