Responsibilities

具体的な業務例

• 事業部から出てくる新規プロジェクトに関連するソフトウェア仕様を確認し、ソフトウェアサプライヤと価格、購入条件交渉を行う。
• KPIにてターゲットコストダウン額を規定し、そのターゲットを達成するための交渉を行う。
• ソフトウェアの購入量が今後5年で急増することが見込まれ、新たに価格基準やコスト交渉セオリー等の新規作りこみを行う。
• ソフトウェアサプライヤは海外企業が多く、英語での交渉が必要となる。
• チームのリーダーとしてメンバーをマネージし、チームとしての目標を達成する。

入社後すぐの業務

• 社内研修、会社全体ソフトウェアプロジェクトの把握、他部署、外部サプライヤーとの会議

入社6か月～１年以降

• 上長には相談レベルで業務を進め、自発的にチームをリードし、KPI達成に向けてメンバー及び自身が積極的に動くことができる

Requirements

以下全てを満たす方

• 半導体、電気部品、ソフトウェア等何らかの調達業務経験
• 小グループのマネジメント経験
• 英語を使った業務経験
• TOEIC(R)700以上
