Company overview

We are a company that provides overall management of foreign luxury hotels in Tokyo. We are mainly responsible for the overall operation of hotels, managing facilities such as restaurants, stores, and banquet halls, as well as planning and implementing various events. We also sell foodstuffs, alcoholic beverages, and cosmetics, and are involved in the management of sports facilities, esthetic salons, and parking lots. In addition, we provide information processing services, real estate sales and leasing, human resource development, and management consulting services. The hotels we operate are located in central Tokyo and offer comfortable guest rooms, a variety of restaurants, spas, and banquet facilities. They are conveniently located for transportation and are ideal for business and sightseeing.

Responsibilities

2つホテルの人事をマネジメントいただきます。各ホテル内各部門長、セクション長のビジネスパートナーとして、以下人事業務に取り組んでいただきます。

• 採用業務
• 労務業務
• 福利厚生
• 各部門、セクションの問題解決
• 社内コミュニケーションの活性化

※今回のアシスタントマネージャーは、現場との調整業務が多くなります。

Requirements

必須条件：

• 人事業務経験必須（3年～5年）
• 英語力必須（ビジネスコミュニケーションレベル）

歓迎条件：

• 採用／労務に関する実務経験をお持ちの方
