Responsibilities

配属後～1年間：配属後は、プロダクトマネジメントグループの工場担当として、まずは以下の業務に取り組んでいただきます。

• 生産計画の策定
• 工場で生産される銘柄バランス管理
• 国内自社消費事業部との連携
• 物流・荷材関連業務（業者との折衝を含む）
• 導入をめざしているS&OPシステムプロジェクトへの参画

Requirements

必須条件：

• 化学メーカーでの製品バランス管理（需要・供給・在庫の3要素を最適に整え、安定供給と在庫効率の両立を図る）、生産管理経験　5年以上
• グローバル対応が可能な英語力（会議対応、メール対応等、目安：TOEIC(R)700以上）

歓迎条件：

• S&OPシステムなど、生産計画・管理に関連したシステム導入の経験
