Responsibilities

【世界各国で航空・宇宙・自動車・防衛・発電プラントや交通システムなど大規模インフラを手掛ける日本を代表するグローバル企業／陸・海・空・宇宙の安全・安心を守る／柔軟に働ける環境】
■業務概要：

• 艦船、水中無人機などの移動体、CO2回収プラントやごみ焼却プラントなどのプラント製品、その他コンプレッサなどの産業機械製品を対象に、画像処理や自己位置認識、生成AIを取り入れた機械の知能化に関する技術の開発をご担当頂きます。

■業務詳細：

• 水中無人機や水上無人船に搭載したカメラ画像に基づく物体認識技術や自己位置推定技術、生成AIを活用した自律的な判断・指示を可能とするAIエージェントの開発、AIによるプラント運転自動化など、新しい技術開発に日々チャレンジしています。
• 学会参加の他、社外ベンチャー、大学との共同研究を通じて最新技術を取り入れるとともに、開発した技術を当社製品に搭載・実用化し”真に社会の役に立つ技術”の開発を目指しています。
• また、研究所の所属になりますが、研究開発だけではなく、企画・提案、設計、実機実証まで、幅広く活躍できるフィールドが広がっています。

■働き方：

• 年間休日124日で、土日祝休みと働きやすい環境です。

Requirements

■必須条件：※学歴：高専、学士、修士、博士、ポスドク（機械、電気・電子、情報、航空、船舶）※以下技術いずれかに関する実務経験

• 画像処理関連の研究・開発・設計
• 機械製品を対象にしたAIの研究・開発・設計
• 機械製品を対象にした自律化・知能化システムの設計・開発
• 機械製品を対象としたデータ分析業務

■歓迎条件：

• 英語によるコミュニケーション、文書作成能力を有することが望ましい
