Responsibilities

次世代IVIシステムにおけるアプリケーション層およびHMIの設計・実装を担当いただきます。仕様通りに作るだけでなく、デザイナーや企画担当と共に考え、形にしていただきます。
具体的には：

• Androidネイティブアプリ（ホーム画面、設定、メディア等）の設計・実装
• 音声認識（Google Assistant等）やスマホ連携（CarPlay／Android Auto）を活用した機能開発
• デザイン部門と連携した、グラフィカルで直感的なUIの実装
• ユーザーフィードバックやデータに基づいたUI／UXの継続的な改善（アジャイル開発）
• クラウド連携サービスのプロトタイピングおよび製品化

Requirements

必須条件：

• Androidアプリケーションの開発経験（Java または Kotlin）
• Gitを用いたチーム開発経験

※自動車業界の経験は不問です。Web・ゲーム・スマホアプリ業界の方を歓迎します。
歓迎条件：

• MVVM／Clean Architecture などのアーキテクチャ設計経験
• モバイルアプリ（iOS／Android）のストアリリース・運用経験
• Unity／Unreal Engine 等を用いた3Dグラフィックス開発経験
