Responsibilities

• 担当職種の選考進捗管理
• 候補者との面接
• 各部門担当責任者との情報連携
• 採用活動の施策立案
• 面接枠の調整
• 外部イベント登壇
• 採用サイト等の媒体対応（入稿、DM配信等）
• 内定者フォローイベント企画、当日運営
• PROとの情報連携
• 学生、社員からの問い合わせ対応

Requirements

必須条件：

• 企業人事での採用実務経験（目安：5年以上）
• 採用業務における候補者・エージェントとの折衝経験
• 下位メンバーの育成経験
• 基本的なPCスキル（Excel、PowerPoint、メール等）
• 採用管理システムの使用経験
• 複数案件を同時に進行できる調整力・スピード感・コミュニケーション力
• 大卒以上
