Responsibilities

• 概要
  • SDV事業開発統括部の開発及び管理部門、内経理及び税務等の事業管理部門、その他様々な関係者とコミュニケーションをとりながらSDV事業の仕組み（企画・開発から事業にいたる費用管理基盤の仕組み）の構築及びオペレーションのリーディングを担って頂きます。
• 具体的には
  • SDV事業管理・企画領域業務
  • ホンダにおけるSDV事業構造の明確化・SDV事業（企画、開発及び運用、販売、保証等一連）の費用及び事業管理基盤の仕組みの構築及びオペレーションのリーディング
  • SDV事業目標・事業計画の立案、収益目標策定、予算・収益管理、事業評価等
  • SDV（ソフトウェア・デファインド・ビークル）全体戦略企画をお任せいたします。
• その他業務期待
  • 経営戦略に基づく事業構造の明確化/事業戦略の立案
  • 事業目標、収支計画の策定/予算管理
  • 各グローバル地域への事業管理の検討
  • デジタルサービスにおける事業/契約スキームの策定、相手先との契約条件整合
  • 社内外関連部署連携による事業管理・企画推進
  • ※北米拠点を中心とした現地海外法人、国内子会社、社内デジタルプロダクト企画・開発チーム含めた関連各所や戦略部門等と緊密に連携推進していきます。

Requirements

必須条件：全て必須

• 事業会社における事業企画or経営企画or管理会計の実務経験（目安：10年以上）
• メンバーマネジメントに加えて、自らもプレイヤーとして旗を振って動ける方
• 新規事業開発/事業企画の経験
• 現地法人/海外取引先を含む社内外関係各所と合意形成が可能な対話力(目安：TOEIC(R)700点以上)

• 海外赴任経験
• Automobile業界での業務経験又は知識
