We develop communication platforms aimed at maximizing brand value and expanding the potential of all businesses through optimal SNS communication. We resolve issues where data and tools are fragmented, hindering effective communication with customers, by seamlessly managing contact points with customers and increasing sales through optimal communication. Notable features include a remarkably high retention rate compared to global standards and multiple transactions with national clients. We aim to provide mechanisms that deliver good services and products to a larger number of end-users in need, regardless of brand scale or recognition.

Responsibilities

• ピープルマネジメントを中心に、組織コンディション、パフォーマンス、採用、リソース配分、横断施策（OKR・依存関係管理等）の仕組みづくりを担います。
• ICとしてコード実装を行う想定はなく、品質・信頼性・セキュリティなどに対する技術的判断力が求められます。VPoE・他EMと協働し、エンジニアリングリーダーシップとして機能します。

Requirements

必須条件：

• 日本語・英語ともにビジネスレベル（読み書き／会話）
• エンジニアリングマネジメント（ピープルマネジメント）：5年以上
• 採用の主要領域のご経験（要件定義、面接、オファー/クロージング、プロセス改善など）：3年以上
• Webアプリ/サービス開発の実務経験（アーキテクチャ・リスク判断に十分なバックグラウンド）：5年以上
• プロジェクトの遂行だけでなく、チームの成果・エンゲージメント・定着を改善した実績
• 自律的に課題を発見し、組織変革を進め、測定可能な成果を出した実績
