Responsibilities

自動車向け製品を扱うAutomotive事業部にて、海外拠点製造品の受注連動型の調達・在庫・納期管理を担当します。SAPを使用し、在庫状況の把握から発注処理、出荷計画の作成までを一連で実行。営業・購買・海外工場など複数部署と連携しながら、需要変動や供給遅延を踏まえた調整を行います。自動車産業特有の品質基準に基づき、安定供給を確保することが役割です。

• 顧客受注データをもとに必要数量を算出し、海外工場への発注指示をSAPで登録
• 在庫レベル、必要数量、リードタイムを参照し、出荷計画を策定
• 海外工場の生産計画との整合を取りながら、数量変更や前倒し依頼などを調整
• 輸送遅延、需要急増、生産側変更などのイレギュラー発生時は、営業や購買と情報を照合しながら納期影響を判断し、代替案を提示
• 納期遵守率に関わるSAP上の在庫・情報精度を維持
• 時差のある海外担当者とのメール・会議でのコミュニケーション

論理的に状況を整理し、優先度を判断して関係者と調整する力が必要です。また、数値を根拠に在庫・納期を管理する実務が中心となります。

Requirements

必須条件:

• 電子部品、電気、自動車、機械などのメーカーでの生産計画／管理／調達系の実務経験（3年以上）をお持ちの方。
