Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition Specialistとして、以下のコンサルタント採用業務をお任せします。【具体的業務】

• 新卒採用…採用目標から逆算し、インターンを中心とした集客マーケティング、施策の立案～実行など。
• 中途採用…人材紹介会社のマネジメント、折衝、イベント集客のための企画立案～実行など。
• MBA採用…海外MBAに在籍している学生の採用施策の立案～実行など。

Requirements

必須条件:※職種未経験歓迎

• 今後人事採用領域でキャリアを築いていきたいという強い思いをお持ちの方
• 4年制大学卒、社会人歴2年以上
• 英語力（TOEICスコア750点以上 もしくはビジネスレベル）

5 - 6.9 million yen
