Our client is a domestic healthcare company actively tackling the societal challenges posed by Japan's aging population through its multi-dimentional business. While its main business lies in recruitment services of healthcare / caregiving professionals, the company also provides a wide range of products and services including consulting, and the development of health management systems.

Responsibilities

経営陣、事業責任者のパートナーとして、経営戦略・事業戦略とリンクした人事戦略を立案・推進し、グループミッションに貢献する役割となります。具体的な業務:

• 経営理念・バリュー・人材理念の策定・浸透
• グループ組織設計の策定・実行
• 経営戦略・事業戦略とリンクした人材マネジメントの策定・実行
• 人事部門組織の戦略策定・実行
• その他経営層からの特命事項の対応等

※入社後すぐに上記全てをお任せする訳ではなく、適性をみながら適宜役割を拡張していっていただく想定です。

Requirements

必須条件:以下のいずれかを満たす方

• 事業会社における、人事領域もしくは経営企画ポジションでのマネジメント経験
• 事業会社における事業マネジメントの経験

歓迎条件:

• 成長フェーズのIT／Web／人材業界のベンチャー／ミドルベンチャー／メガベンチャー企業での人事経験
• ビジネスサイド（営業・企画・マーケ等）で高い実績を出された経験
• ビジネスレベルの英語力
