Company overview

Our client a major Japanese pharmaceutical company engaged in the research, development, manufacturing, and sales of pharmaceuticals. Responsibilities

• 人権DDの推進（グループ推進体制の整備・運営、人権アセスメントの実施、リスク管理・改善策の実行、サステナブル調達の推進、人権に関する研修の実施）
• 人権に関わる情報開示内容の作成（英国現代奴隷法、独DD法を含む）
• CSDDD対応に向けたPJマネジメント（方針案・全体構想の策定、プロセス・基準の設計、システムの企画・導入・運用）

Requirements

• 事業会社・コンサルティングファームでの人権に関する業務経験
• 人権に関連する法律、国際的規範、基本原則に関する知識
• 英語および日本語での優れたコミュニケーション能力（グローバル会議を円滑にファシリテートできるレベル）
