Responsibilities

人材育成に関する企画・運営を中心に、社員の成長を支える育成施策の企画・運営を幅広く担当いただきます。

• 階層別研修・グローバル研修の企画～運営
• 育成プログラムの企画・設計・立ち上げ
• 研修効果測定や育成施策の改善
• 育成データの分析・活用（データドリブンでの企画推進）　…など

Requirements

必須条件：

• 上場企業での人材育成・研修企画の実務経験
• TOEIC600以上（グローバル研修などにも関わっていただくため）

歓迎条件：

• 研修提供会社での勤務経験者（３年以上）
• 育成プログラムの立ち上げ経験
• プロジェクト推進経験
• 階層別研修やグローバル研修の企画・運営経験
• 研修効果測定や育成体系の構築経験
• データを活用した企画・改善に抵抗がない方（データドリブンの素養）
