Responsibilities

業務内容：当社IR担当として、投資家向け広報活動を中心とした業務をお任せします。四半期毎の決算説明資料及び東証開示資料の作成や決算説明会などの企画・運営などもお任せします。
業務詳細：Invester Relations（投資家向け広報活動）業務※詳細は候補者の知識・経験・スキル等に応じて検討

• 四半期毎の決算説明資料及び東証開示資料の作成（日本語版最終チェック、英語版作成等）及び関連業務
• 決算説明会及び各種IRイベント（事業説明会、個人投資家向け説明会等）の企画・運営、決算説明後の個別取材対応（含む日程調整）
• その他投資家向け情報発信業務（株主通信、統合報告書等）、社内向け理解促進活動（イントラサイトへの掲載記事作成・配信）
• 社内外HP（IRサイト）のメンテナンス・改善
• 投資家・株主構成等の分析、株主戦略に関わる企画立案　等

Requirements

必須条件：

• 読み書きの英語力（外部開示資料の英訳チェック業務有）※TOEIC600点以上
• 下記いずれかのご経験をお持ちの方
  • IR、広報等の部署での業務経験
  • 経理、財務関連業務の経験

歓迎条件：

• 法務部・経営企画部等、コーポレート業務の経験
• 文章作成力、デザイン力（外部開示資料の作成、チェック業務有）
