Responsibilities

船外機を使用しているお客様に安心安全な製品をお届けし、サービスレベルの向上にフィールド・テクニカルサービスの面で貢献していただく担当をしていただきます。【テクニカル業務】

• 現地法人やディストリビューターからの市場品質情報のレポートの収集・解析、および研究所・開発・量産へのフィードバック
• 対策部品の手配・展開に向けた社内連携

【フィールド業務】

• 現地法人・ディストリビューター向けのメンテナンス・アフターサービス用の技術研修の企画・資料作成・実行（海外出張が年2~3回ほど発生します）
• 新機種導入時の研修・支援を通したサービス体制の構築
• リギング（ハンドル・リモコン・ハーネス等）の搭載支援のためのカタログやシステムオーダーの準備

※海外の現地法人・ディストリビューターと連携し、サービスレベル向上に向けた支援を行います

Requirements

必須条件:内燃機関・輸送機器に関するフィールドサービスまたはテクニカルサービスのご経験英語でのコミュニケーションに抵抗がない方

• 翻訳ツール使用可能、海外の会議に関しては英語が堪能なスタッフが担当します
• TOEIC(R)テスト600点目安（海外出張の機会が多く提供されます）
• 入社後の習得でも可能です

歓迎条件:

• 自動車整備士資格（2級以上）
• 業務改善企画立案、実行のご経験
• 日本語、及び英語で文書作成、説明、会議運営のご経験
