Responsibilities

～主体的に挑戦したい方歓迎◎／大手自動車メーカーとの直接取引も多数／土日休み～
■業務概要：当社のIR責任者のもと、情報開示体制の整備・投資家コミュニケーションの質向上を推進していただきます。IRの実務経験を活かしつつ、財務や英語力、資料作成能力を用いて、チームの立ち上げ・運用にも積極的に関わっていただくことを期待します。
■業務詳細：

• IR責任者と連携したIRチームの立ち上げ・業務整備
• 決算説明資料、IR資料、投資家向けプレゼン資料の作成
• IRサイトの運営やSNSを活用したIR情報発信サポート
• 投資家・アナリストとのミーティング調整、問い合わせ対応
• 英語での資料読解・作成サポート（メール対応含む）
• 財務データ・KPIの整理、分析サポート
• 重要開示や各種IR活動のルーティン化の推進
• CEO/CFO・関連部門からの情報収集
• 契約書や各種資料の読み込み、要点の整理
• 外部IRファームとの協業、ディレクション
• 必要に応じた市場調査・競合分析
• 取締役会・経営会議向け資料作成 など

■評価制度について：

• 社員の帰属意識を高め、良いサービスを提供するために、スキルを105段階でスコア化して評価しています。賃金テーブルと連動し、年功序列ではなく、努力した分だけ正当に還元される仕組みを導入しています。

■歓迎条件：

• IR業務の実務経験2年以上
• 財務・会計に関する知識、または財務部門での業務経験
• 開示規定集や契約書などの文書を正確に読み解くことが得意な方(日英とも）
• 自ら情報収集し、指示のもと迅速に動ける方
• SNS運用経験（X、LinkedIn等）
• 外部パートナーと協働した業務経験
• 上場企業または上場準備企業でのIR経験

Requirements

■必須条件：

• 英語の読み書き能力（メール対応・資料作成・英文資料の読解）
• 数字に抵抗がない方（財務の基本理解）
• PowerPoint・Excelを用いた資料作成経験
• 成長過程にある企業ならではの、役割や優先順位の変化、業務が未整備な状況を前向きに捉え、試行錯誤しながら取り組むことに魅力を感じていただける方
