Responsibilities
What will you do as Administrative Officer As an Administrative Officer, you will support the daily operations in our office with a varied package of administrative tasks, with an important focus on customer support.
Main responsibilities:
  • Support local sales activities like quotations and invoicing
  • Organizing in coming shipment of components from overseas or any subsidiary (import/export support).
  • Responsible for Travel/visa arrangements.
  • Coordinator for QA/ISO standards and regulations
  • Ensure compliance to local rules and good administrative and finance practices
  • Support in HR admin as in preparing the salary payment for our external payroll company
  • Involved in the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts
  • Deliver input to the accountant for reporting timely monthly financial statements
  • Support banking, tax and other financial administrative tasks In this role you will report to the General Manager and will cooperate with many departments at the head office in the Netherlands
Requirements
Minimum requirements:
  • We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer with a strong background in administration.
  • Furthermore, you have:
    • An education in financial business administration
    • Has a clear understanding of Japanese finance, tax and customs rules and regulations
    • 5+ years of experience in a similar position
    • Hands-on experience with computer programs such as MS Office (Word/Excel/Outlook/Teams) and financial accounting programs
    • Ability to work in a systematic and organized way
    • Good communication skills, fluent in English
